As we move into a post-pandemic future, HR Connect focuses on reviewing employment law changes, HR compliance, recruitment, corporate culture, employee life-cycle learning, and more to help HR professionals overcome challenges from all angles.

“In-person learning and networking is something we’ve all been missing out on these past few years, and HR Connect is the ideal spot for HR professionals to reconvene and reenergize as companies continue to redefine their work environment.”

BLR’s HR Daily Advisor is excited to announce the return of the newly revitalized HR Connect conference, October 12–14, 2022, at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center in Kansas City, Missouri. As we move into a post-pandemic future, HR Connect focuses on reviewing employment law changes, HR compliance, recruitment, corporate culture, employee life-cycle learning, and more to help HR professionals overcome challenges. It is also a great opportunity for attendees to earn a significant portion of their recertification and continuing education credits.

“In-person learning and networking is something we’ve all been missing out on these past few years, and HR Connect is the ideal spot for HR professionals to reconvene and reenergize as companies continue to redefine their work environment,” explains Brianna Gresh, BLR® senior director of education products. “As part of this year’s agenda, attendees will be able to customize their experience by selecting from a variety of sessions covering compliance, recruiting, corporate culture and more to best suit their unique educational needs, positioning themselves to hit the ground running once they’re back home on the job.”

Attendees can kick-start their conference experience on October 12 with a full-day preconference workshop providing comprehensive FMLA training; panel discussions on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging; and roundtables with expert HR presenters.

The main conference will take place October 13–14. Day 1 starts with an entertaining and improvisational keynote session from speaker Erin Diehl, founder of Improve it!, that will inspire you to embrace failure in order to become a better leader. There will be ample networking breaks and an exhibit hall, where attendees will have the opportunity to chat with top HR solutions vendors and their peers.
